Effective debugging starts with isolation. Instead of guessing, I ask targeted "Whys and Whens" to establish a timeline, understand environmental changes, and pinpoint the exact point of failure.
Using the gathered timeline and system logs, I replicate the issue in a safe environment. Whether it's a DNS propagation delay, an SSL mismatch, or a 500 internal server error, I trace the root cause, apply the fix, and rigorously test it before confirming with the user.
Solving the issue is only half the job. Once the technical problem is resolved, I ensure the customer is completely satisfied. Once a positive rapport is solidified, I leverage the experience to boost the company's public image.
